ROMANTIC RETREAT

The client wanted a bright open room with minimal furnishings. We took the original brown and tan room and created a light grey and lavender master bedroom retreat for this single bachelorette. Molding on the ceiling with a darker hue of grey gives the large ceiling an interesting accent. The sitting area is a place to relax and unwind after hectic days.

This bar / observation room design in a NE DC Row House was created to view the national monument through the window as the clients guest can get catered by the bartender during parties and events. The blue stone is lit from behind to create a calm contemporary ambiance. There is more to come soon from other rooms that we are working on in this home.

Tan studded dining room

This Dining room was created starting with the initial concept of using Phillip Jeffries wallpaper. I used tan/brown tones with dark brown bronze tones to create a bit of contrast. The ceiling paint is Ralph Lauren metallics RM-40 “Bronze Statue. The wall paint is comprised of Sherwin Williams. The chairs were re-upholstered with dark brown backs. The large wool rug was used to anchor the dark wood dining table

21 NAIL LOUNGE- The salon was designed to feel like a high end lounge. The dark ceiling and floor will set the calm mood to clients, while the lighter tones will contrast.

Entertainment center

This dark wood entertainment center concept was designed with clean lines and traditional elements in mind. The stone background in the upper niche pulls from the more traditional elements while the “X” design lends its style from a more contemporary background. An 80” led television as well as the audio equipment are all hidden behind the dark cherry cabinet.

Phillip Jeffries grass cloth wallpaper, custom upholstered chairs, new area rug & Ralph Lauren paint. What’s left to do in this room? We need to have the dining table delivered, and have the painters paint below the chair rail for more contrast. The rods, finials & curtains need to be hung as well. The traditional room needed a transitional / semi contemporary face lift. We added window treatments, a complete fireplace remodel. furniture, minor accessories, ceiling fan, and had the walls painted.
