The plumbing and drywall is in. The floor tile is laid, And we have the back bar cabinets in!! Hooray! Also notice the center ceiling feature. All of the “J-boxes” are prewired for the pendant lights.  

A few updates. The great news is that the guys got to work outside in this amazing weather we are having. 70 Degrees!! Not only did they complete the fireplace install, But they also got a chance to hang the paintings! Check out the progress pictures below;
